Resetting a PingBrother POE Switch

The following reset procedure is for PingBrother models EPIW102, EPIW104, EPIW104P and EPIW104F.


1. Power OFF the device.
2. Press and hold the reset button.
3. Power ON the device
4. Hold the reset button until all four indicator LED's are on (two on EPIW102). This will take approx 6-8 seconds.
5. Release the reset button.
6. After approximately 20-30 seconds the device should return to its factory default IP Address of 192.168.1.234 (Username: admin ; Password: admin)
