How Can I detect if PSTN Line is disconnected or bill-is-not-paid tone? I'm just heard default dial tone by Grandstream not from PSTN Line.
ReplyDeleteI believe the GXW4104 needs to be setup with 2 stage dialing and then when you call from FXS to FXO you will first get the FXO dial tone or the usually off hook prompts before you call out.
